Meet the Team
Dr. Bryan Blum, Psychologist
Dr. Bryan Blum is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and founder of Therapeutic Interventions and Psychological Services, LLC. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Providence College, his M.A. from Stony Brook University, and his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University.
Dr. Blum has worked in hospital and university settings, including Zucker Hillside Hospital, Syracuse University, and Stevens Institute of Technology, where he supported collegiate athletes and high-achieving students. He currently serves as an Assistant Visiting Professor at Ursinus College, where he runs the Clinical and Performance Study (CAPS) Lab.
His clinical approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS. Through the model of Cyclical Psychodynamics, Dr. Blum helps clients understand recurring emotional patterns while building practical, evidence-based tools for lasting change. He provides individual therapy and psychological assessments for adolescents, college students, athletes, and adults, with particular expertise in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and performance-related concerns.
Dr. Blum is licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, and is able to see clients virtually in 43 states through the PSYPACT agreement.

Macey Hoffman, Director of Outreach
Macey is a dedicated clinician-in-the-making with a deep fascination for the "why" behind human behavior. She graduated from Ursinus College in December 2025 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology. She has been accepted into Immaculata University, where she plans to begin her doctorate in clinical psychology in the fall of 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not take insurance; however, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement for services.
How much do services cost?
Individual sessions for therapy or performance skills cost $200 per session.
Assessments begin at $1,500 (which may seem like a lot, but other assessment providers frequently charge double).
Workshop costs vary based on the number of participants and the location. Please contact us for personalized workshop rates.
Where are you located?
Currently we are a primarily online provider. We are eligible to see clients in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and all 43 participating PsyPact States. Click here to see if you live in an eligible state.
For the summer, we can provide in-person assessments for children and adults in Ambler, PA.
In addition, we are highly connected to Philadelphia, New York City, and Long Island, allowing us to coordinate care with other providers in these locations.
What type of therapy do you utilize?
We practice an integrative style of therapy called cyclical psychodynamics, which utilizes both cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) and psychodynamic strategies. Dr. Blum has also been trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems therapy (IFS), which he incorporates into treatment.
For obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic disorders, and specific phobias, we utilize exposure and response prevention, which is considered the gold standard treatment for these concerns.
