At Therapeutic Interventions and Psychological Services (TIPS), we believe therapy should be collaborative, individualized, and tailored to your unique goals. We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work alongside you to identify patterns, build on your strengths, and help you create meaningful, sustainable change.

We proudly provide virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey making quality mental health care accessible wherever you are.

Our goal is to help you build a greater sense of safety, confidence, and connection while supporting meaningful, lasting change.

Trauma Informed

At Therapeutic Interventions and Psychological Services (TIPS), we recognize that past experiences can influence how we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to everyday stress. That's why we provide trauma-informed therapy, an approach that emphasizes safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.

Being trauma-informed doesn't mean therapy is only for people who have experienced significant traumatic events. Instead, it means we understand that life experiences—including loss, chronic stress, medical concerns, relationship difficulties, discrimination, or other challenging events—can shape emotional well-being. Our clinicians work at your pace, creating a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and in control of your treatment.
